ARB invites you to participate in a public meeting to discuss
proposed changes to the Carl Moyer Program on June 17, 2010. The
focus of this public meeting will be to consider proposed changes
to on-road funding options in the Carl Moyer Program.  The
proposed changes include:

· additional fleet modernization funding opportunities for
vehicles that operate exclusively in NOx exempt areas; 

· adding fleet modernization funding eligibility for medium
heavy-duty vehicles; and

· raising the maximum retrofit funding amount from $5,000 to
$10,000.

The meeting will be held at the following time and place:

This meeting will also include a teleconference call-in number
for those who wish to participate by phone.  The call-in number
and passcode will be posted to the ARB Carl Moyer Program website
at www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/moyer/moyer.htm approximately 24 hours
prior to the meeting.
