res -- RES Economic Analysis Tools Released

The Air Resources Board has made available for download the Economic Analysis Tools used in the forming of the Renewable Electricity Standard. The following Economic Modeling Tools are now available: Environmental Dynamic Revenue Analysis Model (EDRAM), Energy and Environmental Economics (E3) RES Calculator, and Bill Impact Calculators (BIC). The Economic Modeling Tools can be downloaded from the Economic Studies Section's webpage at http://www.arb.ca.gov/research/econprog/econmodels/econmodels.htm
