The staff of California Air Resources Board (ARB or "Board") is
developing a proposal for Board's consideration later this year
to amend California's Low-Emission Vehicle (LEV) regulations. 
The proposed amendments, known as LEV III, will set more
stringent emission standards for both criteria pollutants and
greenhouse gas emissions for new passenger vehicles. If you would
