The California Air Resources Board has posted the Initial Statement of Reasons: Amendments to the Regulations to Reduce Emissions for Diesel Engines on Commercial Harbor Craft Operated Within California Waters and 24 Nautical Miles of the California Baseline. These proposed amendments will be presented at the June 24, 2010 Board hearing.
