The California Air Resources Board (ARB) has posted Mobile Source Mail-Outs #MSC 10-15 and #MSC10-16. Mail-Out #MSC 10-15 states that the ARB will allow fleet operators to exclude LSI equipment with engine displacements greater than three liters from their fleet average emission level (FAEL) standards calculations until April 16, 2011. Mail-Out #MSC 10-16 states that the ARB will allow fleet operators to exclude fully controlled late model year fleets from their FAEL standards calculations until April 16, 2011.
