The Air Resources Board has posted a Second 15-Day Notice of
Public Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed Regulation
AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee.   The document and the
associated formal regulatory materials can be accessed from our
website at the address:

The modifications are open for public comment until April 2,
2010.
