The reporting training seminar videos and the TRUCRS User’s Guide
are now available. 

March 31, 2010 is the reporting deadline for fleets with
2-engine sweepers with Tier 0 engines and for fleets who wish to
take advantage of the agricultural vehicle provision.  The TRUCRS
User’s Guide for the Truck Regulation Upload, Compliance, and
Reporting System (TRUCRS) is now available and shows fleets how
to fill out the Excel spreadsheet and how to upload fleet
information required for the March 31st deadline. The paper
format reporting forms, Excel spreadsheet reporting process and
the TRUCRS User’s Guide are available at:

Training is still available to assist fleets for meeting the
March 31st reporting deadline. If you can not attend one of these
trainings in person, two videos of the March 2nd training are now
available.  One video provides an overview of the Truck and Bus
regulation, focus on agricultural vehicle provisions and 2 engine
sweepers, and the Heavy Duty Vehicle Green House Gas regulation. 
The second video provides a step by step process on how to report

Due to the furloughs ordered by Governor Schwarzenegger in
response to the state budget crisis, our office is closed the
first three Fridays of every month through June 2010. Therefore,
