This email provides further detail regarding the time and
location of the March 11 hearing to collect comments on the need
for further changes to the regulation for In-Use Off-Road
Diesel-Fueled Fleets. 

As noted in the listserve note sent late yesterday afternoon,
the Air Resources Board Executive Officer will conduct a public
hearing to take testimony on the need for further amendments to
the Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets on March
11.  Staff would like to clarify that the notice for the hearing
is available at

Previously emailed: 
In response to a petition filed on January 11, 2010 by the
Associated General Contractors of America, the Executive Officer
of the California Air Resources Board will conduct a public
hearing at the time and place noted below to take testimony and
other relevant information on the need for further amendments to
the Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets, title
13, California Code of Regulations, section 2449 through 2449.3.

The public may present comments orally or in writing at the
hearing.  The public may also submit comments in writing or by
email before the hearing, or after the hearing until the deadline
listed below.  Comments received by ARB will be included as part
of the information and testimony collected, but they are not part
of any official rulemaking record. 
 
To be considered by the Executive Officer, written submissions
not physically submitted at the hearing must be received no later
than 5:00 p.m., March 18, 2010, and addressed to the following.
