PLANNING PROCESS DEADLINE February 17, 2010. 

The ARB is soliciting research concepts for the Board's
2010-2011 Annual Research Plan.

General areas of research include: Health and Exposure;
Emissions, Transport, and Transformation; Climate Change;  and
Economics.
