The California Air Resources Board’s Equipment Registration (ARBER) system will be down for maintenance on Sunday, January 31, 2010, from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. We apologize for any inconvenience. The California Air Resources Board began enforcing the Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) registration requirements in August 2009. Enforcement of the TRU regulation's in-use performance standards began in early January 2010. There are no compliance extensions for the TRU ATCM. Please see compliance assistance materials for the TRU ATCM at the TRU Website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/diesel/tru.htm Please call the TRU Help Line at 1-888-878-2826 if you need compliance assistance related to the TRU ATCM.
