Extension of the SK Energy Econix-DPF-A On-Road Verification. 

The Air Resources Board has extended the on-road verification of
the SK Energy Econix DPF-A diesel particulate filter to include
having rated horsepower of at least 150 horsepower to no more
than 400 horsepower.  The Econx DPF-A is a level 3 plus
actively-regenerated, non-catalyzed filter system that achieves
an 85 percent reduction in particulate matter emissions. 
Specific conditions for which the Econix DPF-A has been approved
may be found in the Executive Order which will be posted within
ten days on the ARB website at
