hdghg -- OAL approves the Regulation to Reduce GHG Emissions from Heavy-Duty Vehicles

On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the “Regulation to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Heavy-Duty Vehicles” Rulemaking, as adopted by the Board on December 11-12, 2008. The Rulemaking was filed with the Secretary of State on December 9, 2009, and will become effective on January 1, 2010.
