Public Availability of Modified Text . for the Proposed
Regulation to Consider Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle Test
Procedure Amendments and Aftermarket Parts Certification
Requirements Adoption.  These documents and the associated formal
regulatory materials can be accessed from our website at the

The modifications are open for public comment until November
17,
