A new to letter Franklin Fueling Systems (FFS) has been uploaded. This letter authorizes Franklin Fueling Systems (FFS) to use a newly modified design for the nozzle spout assembly and a new epoxy and epoxy curing method for the spout manufacture on the Model 900 EVR Nozzle used on Executive Orders VR-201 and VR-202.
