The notice and agenda for the fourth meeting of the Economic and
Allocation Advisory Committee (EAAC) on November 4th has been

members will participate in the call from a variety of publicly

This is the fourth meeting of the Economic and Allocation
Advisory Committee (EAAC), which is addressing economic analysis
of the AB 32 Scoping Plan and allowance allocation in the
