Enforcement Advisory 366: "Important Date for Cargo Handling Equipment Regulatory Compliance" has been issued and is available on our web site. http://www.arb.ca.gov/enf/advs/advs366.pdf The Advisory contains important information for owners and operators of cargo handling equipment at ports and intermodal rail yards who are planning on purchasing new equipment in order to comply with the December 31, 2007 compliance date for applicable equipment.
