The Regional Targets Advisory Committee (RTAC) submitted its final recommendations to ARB on the factors to be considered and methodologies to be used in the ARB target setting process. The Committee’s final report is available online and can be accessed through the following link: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/sb375/rtac/report/report.htm.
