Links to the 15-Day "Notice of Public Availability of Modified
Text and Availability of Additional Documents and Information”
for the OBD II regulations have been posted to the OBD II
website.

The 15-Day Notice describes additional modifications made to the
OBD II regulations since the publication of the Initial Statement
of Reasons in August 2006, and also includes the staff’s
suggested modifications that were made available at the
September 2006 Board Hearing.

The modifications are open for public comment until June 19,
2007.  Comments are to be sent according to the information on
the notice and should only address the proposed modifications
described in the notice.
