research -- Announcing the 6th Annual Climate Change Symposium

The Sixth Annual Climate Change Research Symposium is fast approaching. The symposium will take place on September 8-10 in Sacramento. As always, new and exciting climate change research will be showcased, and this year we have three excellent keynote speakers: - Dr. Chris Field, Chair of the IPCC Working Group II, will discuss climate change adaptation in the next IPCC Assessment. - Dr. Kim Prather of UC San Diego will discuss the potential impacts of airborne particles on regional climate. - Dr. Veerabhadran Ramanathan of Scripps Institution of Oceanography and UC San Diego will discuss the possibilities for containing climate change below 2 degrees.
