The Air Resources Board is conducting an Introductory Hearing Board Workshop on October 6, 2009 in Red Bluff. The introductory 1-day course is designed to train hearing board members and clerks, district staff and owner/operators the fundamentals of the variance process and state law requirements pertaining to the issuance of variances and abatement orders. ARB is an approved MCLE provider; a total of 7.25 (2.0 ethics) credits are offered for this course.
