ordiesel -- Off-road Statewide Regulatory Cost/Benefit Models

The ARB Off-Road Compliance model and accompanying cost spreadsheets used by ARB staff to estimate the statewide costs and emissions benefits of the proposed regulation are now available. The Off-Road Statewide Regulatory Cost/Benefit Model is a Visual Basic module that runs within an Access database and utilizes Access queries. The calculations and methodology of the model and spreadsheet are described in detail in the April 2007 Technical Support Document.
