What's New List Serve Post Display

In our February 2009 Oil and Natural Gas Industry Survey, we
allowed companies to have the ability to provide either estimated
or actual field-verified component counts. This language can be
found in the survey’s General Instructions on page 6.  We added
this provision because we realized that, in some cases, actual
field-verified component counts could be a difficult task. 
Nevertheless, we understand that some companies wish to conduct
actual field counts and we have granted a number of extension
requests to allow for the completion of this task.  However,
because these extensions have resulted in a considerable delay in
gathering survey data, we prefer that companies provide component
count estimates as opposed to needing additional extensions.
