What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board Equipment Registration (ARBER) system has
been updated. 
 
Highlight changes in ARBER Version 1.7

• The Transportation Refrigeration Unit (TRU) Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN) data field now accepts 1-17
characters.
• The TRU License Plate Number data field now accepts 1-9
characters.
• The TRU BIC and Railcar Reporting Marks have been restored. 
The mask field prevented some users from registering their
equipment.
• The TRU search feature has been fixed.  The search feature
could not return some units.
• Additional Verified Diesel Emissions Control Strategy Family
Names have been added.

For batch uploads, there is a new XML schema (version 1.7).  To
download the new schema, please go to
http://www.arb.ca.gov/arber/batch.htm.
