An In-Station Diagnostics (ISD): Vapor Recovery Monitoring Systems booklet is now available through the Compliance Assistance Program (CAP). The booklet was developed to assist gas station managers operate the new ISD equipment and to help air district enforcement officers educate gasoline station managers about how to use this equipment.
