A second advisory (Marine Notice 2009-2) has been issued as a companion to Marine Notice 2009-1 which was issued on 5/5/09. Marine Notice 2009-2 provides additional details on the regulation. The regulation requirements are scheduled to become legally effective July 1, 2009.
