The California Air Resources Board (ARB) announces the releasae of Request for Proposals 08-335 entitled "Greenhouse Gas Performance Analysis for Commercial Buildings with Large Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems". The Air Resources Board is developing early action measures under AB32 that will require facilities with existing stationary refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to monitor, report, and repair leaks of high-GWP refrigerants. The estimated time for this project will be 24 months, at a cost not to exceed $125,000.
