We have posted the Revised Staff Proposal for the June 2009 Consumer Products Regulation Amendments, (which includes revised draft category standards), the draft proposed amendments to the Consumer Products Regulation, (strikeout underline version of the Consumer Products Regulation), Proposed Changes to Method 310, and the workshop presentation. The categories proposed for regulation at the June 2009 Board Hearing include Paint Thinners, Multi-purpose Solvents, and Double Phase Aerosol Air Fresheners. The posted items can be found at the following website: http://www.arb.ca.gov/consprod/regact/tscpwg/tscpwg.htm The workshop is an opportunity for interested parties to work with ARB staff, to make comments on the staff proposal, and to address questions regarding the 2009 rulemaking process. Please see the above website for the meeting notice which contains information on the meeting location, and instructions to participate by teleconference. Staff will be taking written comments regarding the April 1 Public Workshop until April 10, 2009.
