California's Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the final ZEV rulemaking package and filed it with the Secretary of State on March 18, 2009. The regulation will become effective on April 17, 2009. The final version of the approved regulation order is available at ARB’s 2008 ZEV rulemaking website: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2008/zev2008/zev2008.htm .
