harborcraft -- Commercial Harbor Craft Reporting Forms

Reporting forms are now available to assist commercial harbor craft owners and operators in complying with the reporting requirements of the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation. All commercial harbor craft operating within California Regulated Waters must file an initial report by February 28, 2009. Commercial harbor craft includes, but is not limited to, passenger ferries, excursion vessels, tugboats, ocean-going tugboats, towboats, push-boats, crew and supply vessels, work boats, pilot vessels, supply boats, fishing vessels, research vessels, U.S. Coast Guard vessels, hovercraft, emergency response harbor craft, and barge vessels that do not otherwise meet the definition of ocean-going vessels or recreational vessels.
