Draft language for the proposed Heavy-Duty OBD enforcement regulation has been added to the OBD website. ARB released draft language for the proposed Heavy-Duty OBD enforcement regulation (proposed section 1971.5, title 13 CCR), dated December 12, 2008. Please note that this is not the “finalized” regulation that will be proposed for adoption to the Board at a future 2009 Hearing.
