ceqa -- Revised Schedule for ARB staff's recommended approaches for GHG CEQA thresholds

In response to the substantive comments received at staff's December 9 workshop on the preliminary draft framework and potential performance standards for CEQA and Greenhouse Gases, ARB staff is revising its schedule to allow more time for further revision and public comment. Under the revised schedule, staff requests that comments on its preliminary draft framework and potential performance standards be submitted by January 9th, to be considered prior to the release of a revised framework shortly thereafter. Comments may be submitted online through the following link: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/localgov/ceqa/ceqacomm.htm Once a revised document is released in January, staff will request an additional round of comment on the revised document. Staff anticipates presenting proposed recommendations to the ARB Board at the February 26/27 ARB Board meeting.
