ceqa -- Change to tomorrow's (December 9 ) CEQA Workshop agenda

We apologize for any confusion this may cause, but Caltrans has informed us that they are continuing work on the development of a recommended threshold approach for transportation projects. For this reason, they will not be presenting at tomorrow’s (December 9) workshop. Caltrans anticipates presenting their recommendations through a separate public process that will occur at a later date. No further changes are anticipated to the workshop agenda. ARB staff will give a presentation on the development of performance standards as they apply to residential, commercial, and industrial project thresholds.
