What's New List Serve Post Display

A workshop will be held on December 19, 2008, in Sacramento from
9 am until 1 pm to discuss proposed modifications to the In-Use
Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation. 

ARB staff is proposing several minor modifications and
clarifications to the In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation,
including an extension of the early double credit deadline for
the installation of verified diesel emission control strategies
(VDECS).  The workshop is being held to discuss the proposed
modifications, and will also include a discussion on why staff
believes these changes are necessary.

Please note that comments submitted at the December 19, 2008,
workshop will not be a part of the formal public record for the
