What's New List Serve Post Display

The Air Resources Board has posted the public hearing notice,
staff report, and proposed regulatory language for the
rulemaking to consider the adoption of evaluation procedures for
the exemption of aftermarket critical emission control parts for
highway motorcycles.  These parts include aftermarket motorcycle
catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, and hydrocarbon adsorbers. 
 

Please note that this Board item may likely be presented on the
second scheduled day (December 12, 2008) of the two-day Board
hearing.
