Emission Test Procedure Modifications and Aftermarket Parts Certification Requirements for Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicles will not be presented at the December 11-12, 2008 meeting of the Air Resources Board. This item is now scheduled for consideration during the January 22-23, 2009 Board Meeting. The staff report for the rulemaking will be released on December 5, 2008.
