Purpose of Meeting:
This meeting will cover proposed updates to the CCAR protocol
and the process for taking the CCAR livestock project protocol
to the Air Resources Board for approval later this year. This
protocol provides a methodology for determining the greenhouse
gas benefits of using an anaerobic manure digester to capture
and combust methane from manure.
