recently completed an audit of the San Diego County Air Pollution
Control District’s implementation of the Carl Moyer Memorial Air
Quality Standards Attainment Program and the Lower-Emission
School Bus Program.
 

The audit is comprised of a report written by ARB and one
written by the Department of Finance Office of State Audits and
Evaluations. The reports, along with corresponding district
responses and other relevant communications, are available at:
