harp -- HARP Software Updates Are Available

This email is to inform you that updates are available for the
HARP software. All of the new files are available to download
from the HARP website at

HARP stands for Hotspots Analysis and Reporting Program.  HARP
is a software tool that assists with the programmatic
requirements of the Air Toxics "Hot Spots" Program.  HARP is a
computer software package that combines the tools of emission
inventory database, facility prioritization calculation, air
dispersion modeling, and risk assessment analysis.  To learn

Available updates include:

1.  HARP version 1.4 - This is the latest version of the HARP
software.  The update includes:

•  Bug fixes

•  Option to exclude areawide (regional) sources from the
CEIDARS transaction file

•  A new Keyhole Markup Language (KML) feature that allows users
to export the map and risk results in HARP to Google Earth. 
Instructions are available for exporting the map and risk
results from HARP to Google Earth are now available.

•  Updated Health and Pollutant Tables.  The updates include the
new ethylbenzene health values and changes based on amendments to
the AB 2588 Air Toxics “Hot Spots” Emission Inventory Criteria
and Guidelines Regulation (Title 17, California Code of
Regulations, Section 93300.5).  For more information on the
amendments to the “Hot Spots” Emission Inventory Criteria and
Guidelines Regulation, please visit the following website

•  Updated Appendix I for the HARP User Guide.  Appendix I
contains the Consolidated Table of OEHHA/ARB Approved Risk
Assessment Health Values.


2.  HARP On-Ramp Version 1.0 is now available

Assessment Health Values.  The updates  include the new
