The Economic Analysis and Program Design Technical Stakeholder
Work Groups will meet Tuesday, June 3, 2008 to discuss Cost
Effectiveness and Reporting, Verification and Enforcement. The
AB 32 Economic Analysis Technical Stakeholder Work Group meets
Tuesday, June 3, in the morning from 9 am - 12:30 pm in the
Sierra Hearing Room at the Cal/EPA Building in Sacramento. The
specific focus of this meeting will be to discuss the framework
for analysis of cost effectiveness as it relates to AB 32
implementation.  The announcement for this meeting is posted at:

The AB 32 Program Design Technical Stakeholder Work Group meets
Tuesday, June 3, in the afternoon from 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm in the
Sierra Hearing Room at the Cal/EPA Building in Sacramento. The
specific focus of this meeting will be to discuss the reporting,
verification, and enforcement features needed to implement
various approaches for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.  The
announcement for this meeting is posted at:

All meetings of these work groups are open to the public.  There

questions during the session to ccplan@arb.ca.gov.  We do not

Due to construction, the northbound lanes and ramps of I-5, from
the Capitol City Freeway /U.S. Highway 50 interchange to Richards
Boulevard, will be closed to all traffic during the week of June
1st.  If at all possible we encourage stakeholders to find
