We are posting the Local Public Entity Application Instructions on our website. Please go to: http://www.arb.ca.gov/gmbond. Please note that per the March 12th Notice of Funding Availability, local public entities interested in applying for Program funds are required to register with ARB staff and obtain a username and password to access the online application before a completed application can be submitted to ARB.
