We have just posted the Air Resources Board staff’s Proposed Guidelines for Implementation of the Proposition 1B Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program. You can view the Guidelines on our website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/gmbond. The Staff Report on this proposal was released on January 3, 2008 and is also available on the website. You can also pick up paper copies at our Public Information Office, Air Resources Board, 1001 I Street, Visitors and Environmental Services Center, 1st Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814, or by calling (916) 322-2990. As a reminder, we will be holding another public workshop on February 15, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at the Cal/EPA Building in Sacramento. This workshop will also be webcast. For details, please see the workshop notice on the Program website listed above. We look forward to your input. The Air Resources Board will be holding a public hearing on February 28, 2008 at the Cal/EPA Building in Sacramento to consider adoption of the Proposed Guidelines, as well as the funding targets and early grant projects described in the Staff Report.
