An Enforcement Advisory for the Cargo Handling Equipment Regulation has been posted for owners and operators of cargo handling equipment at California’s ports and intermodal rail yards. The advisory contains information regarding the Demonstration of Compliance for engines that were required to comply by December 31, 2007, the Annual Report, which is due by January 31st every year until 2016, and other important clarifications.
