Revised enforcement advisory relating to the 2017 Amendments to the Portable Engine ATCM has been released. This revision is in response to the Governor lifting the Executive Order B-40-17 that terminated the Drought State of Emergency for all counties except Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Tuolumne. The revised advisory contains information for owners/operators and also informs local air districts that they may permit, at their discretion, portable certified engines used in ground water projects even when these engines are not certified to the most current tier.
