The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) has received supplemental
information (Supplement) from Volkswagen’s (VW) subsidiary
Electrify America.  This Supplement adds to its proposed first 30
month Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Investment Plan (Plan) and will
be considered part of the proposed Plan.  ARB is initiating its
review of the Supplement, which can be found at

.  ARB invites you to provide comment on whether Electrify
America’s Supplement in conjunction with the previously submitted
Draft ZEV Investment Plan meets the terms and goals of the
2.0-liter Consent Decree, which can be found at
https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2016-10/documents/amended20lpartial-cd.pdf
.

The Board will conduct a public hearing later this summer to
consider the approval or disapproval, in whole or in part, of the
Plan, which includes the Supplement.  The Public Agenda, with the
exact date, time, and place of the Board hearing, will be made
available at least 10 days before the Board hearing. 

Interested members of the public may submit comments on the
Supplement by postal mail or by electronic submittal by July 14,
2017.
