The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) will conduct a public meeting at the time and place noted below to consider adoption of the Federal 75 ppb Ozone Attainment Plan for the Western Mojave Desert Nonattainment Area (Ozone Plan), developed by the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District and Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District. If adopted, ARB will submit the Ozone Plan to the United States Environmental Protection Agency as revisions to the California State Implementation Plan DATE: May 25, 2017 TIME: 9:00 a.m. LOCATION: California Environmental Protection Agency Air Resources Board Byron Sher Auditorium, 2nd Floor 1001 I Street Sacramento, California 95814 WEBCAST: http://www.cal-span.org/ This item will be considered at a one-day meeting of the Board, which will commence at 9:00 a.m., May 25, 2017. This item is scheduled to be heard on the Board’s Consent Calendar. All agenda items on the Consent Calendar – unless removed upon the request of a Board member or if someone in the audience submits a request-to-speak card on that item – will be voted on by the Board at the beginning of the public meeting. WRITTEN COMMENT PERIOD AND SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS Interested members of the public may present comments orally or in writing at the meeting and may provide comments by postal mail or by electronic submittal before the meeting.
