The Air Resources Board (ARB) portable fuel container (PFC) regulation amendments presented to the Board on February 18, 2016, were approved by the Office of Administrative Law and filed with the Secretary of State. The amended regulations became effective on April 1, 2017. These amendments include changes to the certification procedure (CP-501) and test procedures (TP-501 and TP-502).
