CARB BUSINESS CARB Business The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff has posted the slide presentation for the February 28, 2017, public workshop on potential regulatory changes to the CARB’s Heavy-Duty Vehicle Inspection Program (HDVIP) and the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP), and on plans to develop a comprehensive inspection and maintenance (I/M) program for heavy-duty (HD) vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating over 14,000 pounds for implementation in the post-2020 timeframe.
