Conference call details and the agenda for the Small Off-Road
Engine (SORE) Working Group meeting on January 31, 2017, at 1:00
PM PST have been updated, and draft 15-day changes have been
posted to the SORE webpage.  The meeting is being held to discuss
potential 15-day changes to the evaporative emissions regulation
amendments approved by the Board in November 2016.  Proposals for
purging carbon canisters during the diurnal emission test in
TP-902 in a way that represents real-world use are among the
topics that will be discussed.  Working group members are
encouraged to submit proposals and/or data demonstrating typical
purge volumes for passively-purged and actively-purged carbon
canisters for consideration.

Background:  The primary purpose of the working group is to
discuss emissions mitigation opportunities related to SORE.  The
