Please make sure California continues to lead the country in our approach to taking care of the environment. We need a well designed cap and trade program that includes as many sources as possible. We need to require the local air districts to develop ISRs. And the reccomendation of a 33percent RPS is a good one. thanks for all you do! Katarina,
