Please note that I encourage support for the following needs for
our great innovative State of California:
1. A well-designed Cap and Trade program
2. An Indirect Source Rule whereby emissions from new
developments can be better controlled
3. Adoption of A New Renewable Portfolio Standard -
preferably the preliminary recommendation
by CARB calling for 33% RPS by 2020.Attachment:
